About The Role:
As a Service Coordinator, you will lead the delivery of high quality, person-centred support within your services, ensuring the consistent application of Active Support principles. You will be responsible for developing and supporting your team through coaching, supervision and reflective practice, while managing service operations including rostering, compliance and stakeholder engagement. This role plays a critical part in driving outcomes for participants, building workforce capability, and embedding strong Practice Leadership across services.

  • Organised and proactive planners who can manage rostering, workforce needs and risk while maintaining a focus on quality of support and outcomes.

What You’ll Need to Thrive in This Role

  • NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check
  • A current Driver’s License
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
  • Tertiary Qualifications in Disability, Social Work, Behaviour Science, Psychology of similar/equivalent
